The keyworker is also the person responsible for monitoring the childââ¬â¢s development and activities the child has participated in. Parents should be invited to support their child by attending parentââ¬â¢s evenings this will enable parents and keyworkers to discuss the childââ¬â¢s learning and development in more period and for either party to voice any concerns they may be having regarding the child.
